The Account Manager helps drive the continued success of our customers and constant growth of the company - so we are looking for a seasoned, obsessively detail oriented, and technology savvy professional who demonstrates exceptional active listening and communication skills. In joining our established, profitable and rapidly growing local government SaaS startup you will need to become immersed in the short term vacation rental phenomenon so you can quickly talk to it’s challenges to industry leaders across North America. Your proficiency in helping to analyse customer situations and get to know needs will help establish trust and rapport required to provide advice on recommended changes and possible new services might be needed.
You will methodically work through the regular renewals establishing new contracts and maintaining high retention rates and relish in finding more efficient and effective ways to succeed.
You will be quickly assessing customer files and helping to suggest how they can renew their subscription and expand their services for best results.
In the situation where things may not be going well you will identify possible churn risk customers and help re-establish a strong relationship with Customer Success to maximize their results.
You will envision and work with marketing to create orchestrated campaigns leveraging information about geographic and persona requirements. Additionally contributing to a creative strategic long-term view that takes the tools, approach and interaction with our customers outside of the current sphere leveraging your experience combined with applicable aspects of industry trends.
