Lume Deodorant is seeking a rockstar Digital Advertising Buyer to set up, test, manage and optimize our paid digital media ads. This is a key role that works closely with the Marketing Director and CEO and the rest of the marketing team to manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, paid search, YouTube, and more.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and expertise in digital advertising platforms and a track record of success. We are seeking someone who is hungry to succeed, eager to learn, and willing to put in the work necessary to create explosive growth for Lume. Experience buying ads for direct-to-consumer e-commerce operations, especially for beauty products, is strongly preferred. This position (as with all other positions at Lume) is a remote work opportunity. Candidates located in the United States will be considered.

  • Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end including audience research, targeting, campaign strategy ad creation, bid management, testing, and optimization
  • Grow brand awareness, product consideration, and conversions within established CPA and ROAS targets
  • Build and execute an aggressive optimization strategy to bolster growth while reducing overall CPA across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Adwords, and other platforms
  • Regularly analyze the performance of creative, targets and campaigns to gain insights, make optimizations and provide recommendations to our brand content team to improve media content
  • Lead regular reporting of paid media performance

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) or more years buying and optimizing digital advertising
  • Expertise in social media ad platforms including Facebook
  • Strong SEM background (particularly in Google)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to pull key, strategic insights from media engagement data
  • Strong reporting capabilities with expert-level command of excel and BI tools
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions that are informed by data and aligned with an overarching brand strategy
  • Works well in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with a direct to consumer e-commerce brand is strongly preferred
